YES! Really good point. Really good team display. And we had two or three good chances of our own. Sarr and Konsa were immense. Aribo was great in midfield. It's easy to forget DaSilva because he's always so good. And Kashi looked back in form.

Makes a change for us to be the ones wasting time and pissing the oppo off. Pleased with that.

Extremely good. Sarr and Amos were excellent, as were the near 400 travelling fans.
  • Great stuff lads. #Shift

Thanks everyone, enjoyed the match thread tonight.
  • Good point.
    Happy.

Only too happy to lose my £5 on Wigan at 2/5!
  • Good point on the night. Seven games now without a win doesn't look great - and it isn't - but with the players we put out tonight it was a really impressive performance.

    Roland out.

That was boring but I'll take it.

Great defensive display - well done.
  • Called it on the preview thread.

The KM effect lifts the team or super JJ does it again? Discuss.

Three words for you - 7 o'clock training.

We love you Charlton, we do.
  • Echo others thoughts. Excellent from everyone involved. Special mention for KAG who looked a threat all night and never stopped offering an option. He is good enough.

Good result wasn't expecting that, especially after Boxing Day.

Yes yes yes - that is, what, maybe the second or third time he has started a game up front and not on the wing ? Even when he comes on a sub it's not usually at centre forward. There was a hint he could play up top on his own by the way he linked play and got involved away at Oldham, but he got injured early and faded and his contribution to our fast start in that game went largely unnoticed.

Great to hear he's getting some long over due credit tonight.

  • Fuck me you’d think this was our U12 side vs Brazil 78 the way some of you lot are going on.

    Grow a pair ffs.

Let's revisit this comment at full time...

Was he up front and Magennis wide left ?
