Without looking at it closely, I’d say the top one is modern. Badges from the 50’s would be enamel and the fixings look too new (still a great item though).

I think the Osca tops were mine that got auctioned a few years ago for The Upbeats. There was a white one too.

I never bought them , 
these have been hidden in my Charlton box for years . Red one complete with blu tack from the 80s stuck to it !
