An absolutely superb idea that frankly I would never have thought of in a million years.
I would love to see this go through to its conclusion but I have a feeling it’s not going to be necessary but it’s already got some publicity and for that alone it’s already been worthwhile.
Many many thanks to all of you involved in this wheeze, it’s cheered me up no end and just the thought of it warms the cockles of my heart.17 -
Brilliant idea, taking the fight to Belgium, embarrassing him on his home turf.
Much more effective than a disruption of a match. Can see a lot of research and work has gone into this. Well done!

He is an ornery old goat (scrote) but he don’t like it being known at home so I think this is a top notch slow burn that will get him for months and months (assuming he doesn’t exit more gracefully)20

Ironically this is what Roland Duchatelet is supposed to have been doing these past years, putting his money where his mouth is, that is until it is all rolled up in debt to himself which demands redemption on the sale price of the club. Activists devote a lot of their own resources into what they do too, but don't roll it up as debt to the cause.
People who make the effort to do what they believe in within the rules have elevated themselves beyond those who snipe from the sidelines by a factor of 10.2 -

I am led to understand Duchâtelet is having a fountain involving a small boy urinating, modelled on the bruges fountain installed his Stayen restaurant.
The small boy will be pissing vinegar in homage to the 10% of Charlton fans.
The ever increasing numbers of UK residents eating in that restaurant will be able to use it to season their fries as will local residents involved in the campaign who have got the taste for vinegar on their chips.
Duchâtelet is reportedly not keen on vinegar being pissed on his chips and is unlikely to use the new restaurant feature according to local sources.
Rumours that the vinegar occasionally be replaced with alternate liquids remain unconfirmed.12 -
What an idiot "English Humour", he just keeps making a fool of himself. I'm sure all these statements are just "fuel to the fire" and will massively help during the campaign.

I'm sure the "nasty" comment reflects his true feelings of exasperation about ROT & other protesters. The "English Humour" assessment is a belated attempt to deflect attention - do I see the hand of Charlton's PR guru? Past events have shown that Roland's unconsidered outbursts come back to haunt him (eg. domme mensen, & azjinpissers), so maybe he is - belatedly - learning from his mistakes and now trying to minimise his latest one?
In any case, there are far more important things than our sense of humour that Roland doesn't appear to grasp about the English character and culture. Bulldog spirit, now with a touch of ROTweiler?5 -
On journalist, Josef Croughs' FB page you'll find comments from Duchâtelet on the launch of ROT.
Most of what he says has already been published by Het Belong van Limburg. However, not seen by me before is a classic Duchâteletism where he says - "In November last year, the ROT action group (Roland Out Today) announced with great bravado that they would unleash a big protest against my person at the stadium of Stayen. In the end it was all about three so-called frustrated STVV supporters and a dozen English supporters, which caused the action to dry up quickly. That they now want to stand up with a political party is too crazy for words."
He really does love to invent his own unique reality in order to support his narrative. The ROT is setting in.16 -
