Legends to train ahead of Portsmouth

Looks like Robinson is getting some ex Players down to train ahead of the Portsmouth clash to remind the current bunch about what the game means.

Good to see Lisbie there... Hopefully can do some work with Ahearne-Grant and help him out a lot!!

  • Another great gesture from KR-I find myself warming to him more and more and am very happy that he is our manager.
  • We that short of players?

    Good young prospect.
  • If nothing else Karl Robinson gets the mindset of the football fan, which is a nice change from some of the nutcases we've had in recent times
  • Grant Basey was there(did we run out of legends)
  • Good idea, surprised they did it so early though, they should be concentrating on AFC not Portsmouth

Why? We are paper-thin at the minute and can't really afford to pick up any more injuries - the League is the priority - and before people cry "Yes but we could get a bumper 3rd round tie at home to Arsenal", remember, the dosh would go into Roland's trouser pocket. But we're not going to Wembley - unless it's in the play-off final!

We don't play Portsmouth for another week. Any boost given by the return of the legends will be forgotten by the time we play
