"My gut feeling is that he will go in January. If I was him I'd be looking to go in January but we should look for £5m minimum. Maybe we could try for a loan back [like Dele Alli] but the player has to want that."

I personally think we are still three/four decent players away from winning the division.

Maybe Rolly wants to keep the club until he can pocket the money from the sale of Konsa and that is why the sale has stalled.

Unlikely as any owner worth their salt would notice a £5m asset being sold just before the deal. Would you be happy if you agreed a price for a vineyard and then stick to that price if half the land had been sold after you'd agreed the deal?

More likely that selling Konsa is Duchatelet's back up plan. Take the £5m to cover another six months costs and give KR a few hundred grand ala Lookman.

I stand by what I posted above, Shirty.

There's been no press conference.
As far as I'm aware, no journalists were at the 2 recent fan's meetings with Robinson - this site is the only source from which the quotes were lifted.

agreed, I hear KR wants cover for Kashi and a couple of strikers. If we sell Konsa to Spurs I would only want Wanyama and Kane in return.

We've sold enough players in the last 2/3 to make me think that the money will not be reinvested in the squad

Such a non story. Konsa was expected to leave in the summer, so there's little doubt he will be expected to leave every transfer window, until he's gone. The offer is the only sticking point and we turned down £3.5M from Everton in the summer, because we wanted £5M.

I cannot believe KR will see any money from the transfer or Konsa as a loan back to us. I predict a player loan to the end of the season, probably one with league one aspersions.
