As a luddite I have a very old hotmail email address.
There seems to be a problem today worldwide both sending and receiving emails.
Am I alone or are others on here affected and is there anyone with the technical knowledge to explain to a technophobe like me in Janet and john language what on earth has happened /is happening?

Looks like it's a big outage Len - checking Twitter it seems lots of people are having the same issues. It'll probably kick back in tonight/tomorrow latest.
