I remember Vic well from the Valley Party and was pleased to run into him again at The Valley in 2014, as to be honest I'd assumed he might already have passed away. Very sorry to hear the news that he now has. Vic was the VP candidate in Deansfield ward (Eltham) and secured 163 votes in 1990.
