I have contempt for RD and KM, I have joined in the protests and will continue to do so. I want KM and RD out of the club. It is early in the season and things will change but I feel the players on the pitch ( all I really care about) are a Charlton team. I think that RD and KM may have a last realise that dabbling in the football side of the club is not where they should be. The idiotic network players and managers are gone and ,like him or not, Karl Robinson appears to be running the football side of things.
I hope I am not wrong but I feel it is more Charlton than it has been for the last 2/3 years.

We win when they go.
When did KM last publicly speak?
As the OP says no more network players, but decent signings (mostly)
I think we have won a small victory in that the club seems to have recognised it's errors.
Robbo is building a competitive team and so far we look good.
Yes, we would like some more players and as yet haven't persuaded RD to pay up or p*ss off.
But this is the best it has felt to me under this regretable regime'
I said this on another thread the other day and that is I feel as if I am the only one still boycotting, I am sure I am not.
A couple of injuries and this season will unravel again. Squad is totally unbalanced and paper thin in key areas.
They have learnt a little but not enough.
If you can't see that there are, literally, thousands of fans missing then I don't think I can help you !
I want to say that RD & KM have listened to the fans finally but that gives them credit which is something they just don’t deserve. The club as a whole has changed its direction though, the fan engagement is so much better than before, Robbo has managed to put his stamp on the team and the players are in a great mindset, they’re proud to wear the shirt. The atmosphere at The Valley doesn’t feel so on edge and like a war zone right now, last season it got to a point where I just didn’t enjoy being there, even when we won!
I’ll always have the mentality Support The Team and not The Regime, and right now they’re reminding me why I fell in love with the club 20+ years ago, so I’m happy.
Have we won? No. Have we made a difference? Yes!
Just about sums it up for me.
Things are better on the pitch at the moment, long may that continue - preferably under new owners.
And the window hasn't closed yet. A statement which is one of fear rather than hope.
We have an absentee owner who cares nothing for football. Whatever his reasons for owning the club, they aren't footballing reasons. That's not winning.
The person in charge is an incompetent narcissist. That's not willing, that's sheer folly.
Neither the owner not the chief exec have publicly attacked the fans lately. Superficially, that looks a bit better but it's not because they've changed their minds it's because they are following orders from the comms team. That's not winning.
Results have been better so far this season and those that are going to matches seem happier. This is a step in the right direction, but given that we are still a division lower than when they started and two divisions lower than they said the aim was, we are still losing.
Thousands of fans are currently staying away from The Valley. That's not winning, that's either fighting a battle or giving up and losing.
The bottom line is... This is the acid test. I'm pretty confident that 3blokes will tell us when we've won.
Two things seem apparent.
One is that Rubberjohnny has prevailed on Nightmeire to keep out of the limelight most of this year.
The other is the degree to which Robinson is skillfully walking the tightrope of trying to get the fans on board without looking too obviously like a regime poodle, yet having to work within the stupid framework of the regime. He is obliged to pass on that the Lookman money is earmarked for the training ground, and let slip under the radar praise for Meire bits and pieces, yet consistently trying to push the fan pride in their team agenda, and the need for squad building that goes with that.
Robinson has to do this whilst organising a decent football team (which he is doing) and personally I admire how he is managing. However he has the team, but does he have the squad and the infrastructure to withstand the tough nature of a whole season?
I am not one who automatically condemns Robinson. All right he always needs to say everything all at once (he is learning to modify) but he is pretty savvy about the wider picture at our club and is managing the situation very well in my view so far. As well as creating (as he also did at MKD) a team that plays attractive football.
I don't know whether it is great judgement by the regime, but I feel it is random haphazard luck, but after the regime has eaten a full tasting menu of managers they have happened on the best fit in the circumstances.
When we are at least in the Championship, and averaging 15,000, then maybe we can relax, but until then the struggle will continue even if it is about reactions that keep the club honest rather than big set piece demonstrations.
We were a championship side when Roland took over and we are league one now due to his incompetence
negative ? .. Miere is still the CE, although even she might be learning on her feet (no naughty jokes here please !!) ..
the real test will come if we don't get promoted this season .. that'll give fuel to the Duchatelet must go fires which still burn deep inside many CAFC fans ... also, I can't see our best players hanging on for another season in the third strata this will be a VERY important season for our club.
SOOOOO .. to use an old CAFC cliché/Chinese proverb .. the battle is part won, but overall ? .. too early to tell
Are we nudging ahead? Yes!
Is the transfer window still open? Yes, so plenty of time for them to flog the future Charlton first team players, if they dont then we edge a little further ahead.
Things have improved though. It's possible that the change in policy over the manager and player signings might have happened anyway, as even RD in private would probably acknowledge that a lot of money has been wasted on terrible signings, which is in nobody's interest
I don't think we've won at all. Yes, there appears to be a glimmer of hope, for the first time in a long while but it's early days.
They, the regime need to do a lot more to be considered, to have the best interests of the club at heart, if that's at all possible, which I doubt!
