what you have to do CC to whisper is just above where you write you comments there is a box that says 'whisper your comments to (optional).

If you start to right AFKA in there, my name should appear, and in that instance what ever you right will only be seen by me and you.

If you select any other name, then those comments will only ever be seen between you and the person you are whispering to.
