The final EFL games all shifted from 3pm Saturday

L1 last Sunday at 12
L2 today at 5:30
Championship tomorrow at 12

Have these games always been shifted to not be at 3pm? I remember the Championship games have been shifted to Sunday for a long time, but since when have L1 and L2 been shifted as well? I can't imagine too many people wanting to watch the climax of the L2 season
