After the success of Yesterday, how about as many lifers as possible descend on a wateringhole (suggestions and dates please) sometime in June/July?

    Wouldn't it be better to do something central for all of us - say blackheath (somehwere for the kids to play if people are bringing them)

    Yes it is but the Princess of Wales would be better cos (I think) you're not allowed to drink outside at the H&B anymore due to complaints from the locals

    easy if its blackheath as live 20 min walk, but central might get more people there due to feasibiilty?

    depends if he is talking about a weekend or an old regular drink after work type of thing. if its after work its better to do near london bridge way i think/charing cross.

    How about June 14th (Thursday eve) The day the fixtures come out so we can sort out out awaydays.

    If it's London Bridge, how about the wheatsheaf right by Borough market which, when the weather is good spills out and is fun.

    Or the George which has a court yard and probably a little safer if anyone does want to bring the nippers along

    sounds like a plan, i will be back off Hols the day before and so will be sporting a rather handsome bright red tan!!

    The Black Forest is lovely at that time of year, lots of scantily clad women and the beer is better and considerably cheaper.

    good call peakey but youll never last the pace ill be up for it if we do borough and drink outside people will have the choice of the wheatsheaf or the market porter where the beer is better then again if its at blackheath it will be easier for me to find somewhere to sleep
