I heard a few weeks ago, that Donald Muir was fronting a bid by South Africans but didn't believe it as was someone in pub who told me, but it just might not be bullsh*t.
As was said to me yesterday RD don’t give two shits about the losses he is making on cafc as he is adding those to the asking price
But that can't last forever. It can only last as long as we stay in League One or The Championship and only as long as he can sell players to cover a large portion of those annual losses.
If he keeps losing another £10M per year, in ten years the debt will be over £160M. He has already pushed such a strategy about as far as it can go. If he sells Konsa and Holmes before year end, he covers much of his losses this year. But then what happens next year when we get relegated and drop to League Two as a result?
I think he knows this. His time is running out. He might be able to wait til the summer, but that risks the economy avoiding a long overdue slowdown or recession, which would likely cut the value of all clubs across the board. It would also likely cause any potential owner to ask more seriously... "Why do I want to own a football club, now?"

Whoa! I've heard of that guy. He use to be at APC when I was in the financial world. Unless it is a different Donald Muir. But the Donald Muir I am thinking of has access to serious bank.
Interesting point, that Tone was told to sit two seats to the right, one row in front. To prevent the south westerly wind blowing any potential rainfall onto Mr Muir's shoes.

His Linkedin profile has him down as a “Bid Manager/Estimator for DWM Projects Ltd.
