1534 Sir Thomas More confined to The Tower of London.

One dead.
Unfortunatly only one.
Was this photo of the 'Wallonia buffoon' taken just after he bought us? I mean, look at that fizzogg, it's just crying out to be slapped by Basil Fawlty's infamous kipper! How miserable did he look, even so early into his ownership!
This needs to go through so much. Looked around a very busy Valley yesterday and remembered back to the days when it was rocking and full. I just thought to myself that its such a shame we have an owner who shows such little ambition for our great club. Its all there, the stadium, the fanbase and the history. We just need an owner with ambition and the passion to take us forward. Please just sell the club you old fool.

I thought exactly the same. As you say we have a lovely stadium and a large catchment area, with an increasing population. It's fake news promulgated by posters like Chizz that our club is in terminal decline. It is not, although we all know that RD needs to sell, in order for the club to rebuild. A 17,000 + attendance, even if it was £5 admission, proves that the club is still very much alive and waiting to rise. Just sell the club.
Having given up my season ticket 3 seasons ago in protest, I still go to most home games but sit in different seats. Yesterday we had 6 seats in the back of the west stand with my brothers and other family members (son was in the north upper) 17k would say we are not dead yet but we so need new owners even if their wealth is only half of Duchatelet. I know many on here, don't like me saying it because it only about Duchatelet and now. BUT if your 55 and over, hopefully your still able to remember the old 3rd division match against Port Vale which I'm sure was 0-0 played in front of about 4k.(around the mid 70's ?) That appeared to be terminal decline on a crumbling vast terrace with an owner who wasn't bothered.
Oh yes, the good old days.
Unlike now when we have a decent championship stadium and IF we can get rid of this bizarre owner, we can spend some seasons moaning about only being a mid table side in the Championship.

Any room in his dungeon for Roland? And any chance he could suffer the same fate?
Unfortunatly only one.
Complete and utter weirdo.
The Valley would have been utopia.
Gotta love Charlton Life.

Does this qualify as a fish pun ?
