Thanks for posting that Faraway. Where are you in NZ by the way. Not affected by Cyclone Cook I hope.
down in Dunedin. Thankfully many many miles from the cyclones and earthquakes that have been plaguing the country for the last few years. Cheers for the concern
Just catching up with this after a family day out.
SO proud of all those who travelled & joined with the respected Coventry faithful today and sorry not to have been a part of another important day in the history of our famous football club.
I was a bit disappointed with a few of the chants today, of the "that's why you're going down" and "your ground's too big for you" variety, they were a bit out of keeping with the occasion, and lacking in understanding

We couldn't understand this either and thought it was probably what led to the old bill being needed after the game.
On the whole the travelling Addicks support for our joint ownership problems was well recieved by Coventry fans, even after the game and despite their relegation those Cov we spoke to in the lead up to the protest were very complimentary for the way we conducted ourselves both supporting out team and empathising with Covs plight.
Interestingly Sheffield Utd supporters did not cover themselves in glory when they played there, similar to when they came to the Valley.
Well done to all who took the time to both protest and support the team yesterday as with regards the vast majority we did 'our' club proud.
Coverage from the Coventry Telegraph. My Coventry contact felt there should have been more but the photo at least gives a good idea of the size of the march.

Looks like Sheff Utd are getting a bit of a reputation.
