Hearing the Red Red Robin at the beginning of the show just brings it home how far away we are from the well run family club that we used to be!

A fresh start is so badly needed. But it seems so far away at the moment.

Travelling up on Tuesday to pay my respects which will be my first to the inside of the Valley for nigh on 3 years. I will continue to visit with the Upbeats next Saturday as I have done for the past 3 years. The rest of it, not until they've gone!

I thought the programme finished at 21.00 and not 20.15!
