I sometimes wonder what the Belgum take on the customer experience is reagrding the football fans expectancy on the matchday and social experience build up to a home game is.
Their take on such a situation could be the following, i might be wrong.
People/Fans who lack the patience and understanding to appreciate how hard it is to run a business in Belgium. By Treating these (us) customers/Fans with disrepect they desrerve you will then force them Fans/Customers to appreciate the personal sacrifices that KM & RD in Belgium are making for us.
They are going to adopt "the customer is always wrong" maxim.
Will the business flourish?
Will Duchatelet continue to support KM.
Top 6 budget, still in Division 3?
What will change.
I will continue to protest against this regime, as a fan of many years, i do not recognise the Duchatelet ownership.
I'm hopefull the sitaution will change.
Our club has been tarnished by these imaginery owners.
We need to up the ANTI and protest more against this regime.
Yours, a longstanding Hothead,
