I have read with interest the comments following my original post yesterday evening. I am very appreciative of the support from just about everyone but would like to correct a couple of points as I am anxious that this sorry incident be correctly reported and do not want to be unfair to anyone.
On 7th February Fanny was angry about the fact that the club had blocked our original plans for the POTY and fired off an email intended for me but mistakenly sent it to a member of the club staff. As a result of this email, I was first told that we could go ahead with the Dinner but that she could not be involved in the organisation. This was later amended whereby she could now be involved, but must not communicate directly with any of the club staff as she had been so disrespectful to them. It was this decision and nothing else which forced us to cancel the whole event.
Some people are implying that the fact that neither Fanny nor Marilyn are now members of the Fans Forum had a bearing on this matter. It did not come up at any stage and as I represent Bromley Addicks on the Fans Forum, it was always intended that I would front it up and the other two would have been co-opted to work with me.
You are probably wondering why Fanny has been quiet this last 24 hours. I have just heard from her and she confirmed that she is safe and well and has not been kidnapped by the club. She has agreed for the world to now know what appeared in the offensive email, so I am happy to repost below the relevant section. All children and people of a nervous disposition should look away at this point.
The first part of the email was perfectly harmless. I reproduce below the full and uncensored final paragraph, exactly as it was written.
'I'd like to know your thoughts before you attend tomorrow's OTHER meeting.......Why haven't THAT lot got their house in order at this late stage? Because they could not organise a p*ss up in a brewery is the right answer, and as far as I'd be concerned, I wouldn't have anything to do with the Anniv event. Too little too late. but I respect your views on this, of course.'
Pretty racy stuff, you are thinking. Is it sufficient to bring about the cancellation of the POTY though ? I wonder.
Got a screen shot of that Ian? I understand some elsewhere are claiming you've edited the abuse out.
EDIT: Actually don't bother, anyone who knows either of you know that's the story right there. Who cares what stuff others want to say.
Pissing is obviously something that Belgians take very seriously - the main symbol of their capital being that little boy. And its pretty clear who the vinegar pissers are now.
Cancellation is absolutely right. Letting the POTY know they have won, and getting a response will be the most clandestine procedure since Frank Bruno admitted to resigngate.
Suffice to say, rumours of my demise are completely fabricated.....I'm back !
First off, in contrast to the Oscars, I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to Ian/killerjerrylee for his support & backing over this past week. As someone posted, united we stand....But a close second are YOU, dear friends ! Reading last night's & today's posts has left me totally overwhelmed & very humble. As I type this, Gwyneth Paltrow type tears are coursing into my glass of wine, as I pay tribute to your 100% support - but it should be for our team of 3, standing firmly by its principles in this most farcical of issues in the long list compiled since January 2014. As I've often stated, I am merely a foot soldier with some time on her hands and when my Phyllosan starts to let me down, someone else will take over the baton.Of that I'm certain.
Ian has covered most of the history in this sad saga with his latest post but there are a couple of points I'd like to add.
Following a verbal confirmation from KR via Keith P, that Sunday 23rd April was the best date for the dinner, I booked the N Stand Suite as per usual & requested some menu options from Alan from DNC. This was on 17th JANUARY.
On 1st FEBRUARY, Ian contacted Jack O'S at the club to ask who would be our liaison staff member this year and was told that it would not be possible for us to hold the event on the date quoted...no explanation whatsoever as to why....but that this item would be added to the agenda for the FF meeting on Feb 16th. Ian immediately emailed Jack to demand to know the reason as the suite had not been booked before our request was made & KR had confirmed it was OK.
During this period of extreme frustration, we drew the conclusion that the club wanted to stage one of their advertised Anniversary events on the 23rd but had not seen fit to actually start its planning, hence the suite had been free as far as DNC was concerned. I saw red and banged out said "offending" email to Ian, or so I thought...doh ! In retrospect, I believe this may have been what they call a Freudian slip but of course it was totally unintentional & I blamed it on the descending red mist...
It took 5 days, numerous messages & emails before Jack finally spoke to Ian on 8th Feb stating that KM had ( in Ian's words) decided to hijack the event and wanted us , with the club's assistance to put on an inclusive Meet & Greet the Players buffet style event after the Swindon match on Sunday 30th April. And at this point, Ian was made aware of my mis-sent email which had seriously upset Jack by comments & my reference to my decision to join the 4th March protest to Belgium. Ian stated he had calmed down Jack & my blushes began to fade.
Fast ( well, slowly) forward to the FF meeting & the minutes are on the OS detailing what appears to have been a long, sometimes heated meeting. I am seemingly still a member of this group as I receive the agenda & up until this most recent one, the minutes and I duly send my apologies for reasons I have explained on here months ago. A compromise was discussed whereby the Meet & Greet buffet for families would take place circa 2.30 and then the POTY dinner could commence at 6pm as per previous years. Hmm, lucky old players- arriving in SE7 around 10am, participating in the match, then walk around the pitch with their kiddies, followed by, presumably a quick shower, say goodbye to their families and off to the Family Fun event. Once that had finished, it would be time for dinner with the grown ups.....I doubt that KR would have allowed this to happen and once he was on his way home, Ian realised that this was a fruitless attempt to placate all concerned.
It then took from 22nd Feb to 1st March for KM to agree to us holding the dinner on our originally booked date but with the sting in the tail that I should not be involved in the organisation as I had "disrespected the club". As Ian stated in his 2nd post earlier today, this was later commuted , that I could be involved but not deal directly with club staff... I'll not beat about the bush but suffice to say, I was extremely angry and after some lengthy discussion, Marilyn, Ian and I agreed that this was totally unworkable ( I can give the reasons for this decision if anyone wants) and on 8th March, Ian wrote to KM to ask for the pronouncement to be overturned. KM appeared surprised by this turn of events & retorted that he knew their "point of view" and put the ball firmly back in his court ie to agree with my "ban". Ian & I agreed that unless a favourable decision was reached by the weekend, we would announce the cancellation of the event. The following day, last Friday, Tom Rubashaw rang Ian to say that he wished to speak directly to me but as I was out of mobile reach all day, I didn't receive the message until 7.45pm that evening during my dinner. TBH , I was fed up to the teeth by then of all this prevaricating, time wasting and stupidity , so deciding that enough was enough, I declined the offer. What on earth could be the point after what amounted to SEVEN weeks of this ridiculous action, or rather lack of it. By this time in previous years, we had sorted ticket prices, announced the dinner using the OS, Valley Review, Big Screen & other forms of social media and tickets would normally be on sale by the 3rd week in March. This year, zilch....All too little, too late from the club as if we'd been set up to fail , but surely that couldn't be the case ?
I have tried to give you all the facts in black & white (!) and without emotion involved so that you may see for yourselves exactly what has been happening behind the scenes. It was always our intention to put on the dinner as you will see by the start of proceedings back in January but sadly, this time, we had to stand by our principles and as often over the past 3 years, it's the supporters that lose out. It would appear perfectly in order for our CEO to call us customers, for our owner to call us stupid people and, more recently, vinegar p*ssers but offensive & distressing for a supporter to make a statement criticising her club.

I'm totally happy to reproduce the email in its entirety as I have it in my "POTY folder" if you wish. No problem at all.
But I'm guessing the " person" who stated that I had sent a nasty letter to KM is now looking for another reason to make me the aggressor here...TBH, I wouldn't waste my time.

Apparently the '100% truthful' and 'unedited version' of email was printed on the other forum some days ago (according to the site owner), though nobody seems to know exactly where...

Welcome back by the way
If my good name is in question, I'd be very interested to see a screen shot of that.
Vindictive, manipulative fookin useless waste of space with no morals or care & an absolute cretin of the highest...along with her sugar daddy Ductwat...
Fanny & Co upmost respect to you for 1st your principles & then the way you have acted in this disgraceful attempt to further derail what is left of CAFC, with the same professionalism & pride that you have served on our great club...hopefully soon it will be back firmly in ours & more so your hands...!!!
Obviously, @FannyFanackapan, you know that @Bangkokaddick would be in London on the 23rd April in deciding upon this date for the POTY dinner. I am therefore doubly disappointed about the cancellation, but it's absolutely the right decision and really shows the petty-minded vindictiveness of KM and her cronies.
Let's hope that the rumours have some legs and that normal service will be resumed for the 2017/2018 season in more ways than one.
"Disrespected the club" You've got to be kidding me , that fucking old tool Roland and c**ty have been constantly doing that since the twunt bought the club and instilled the useless c**t in to a position of power .
I mean it's so petty I can't believe it, surely no one can be that much of a c**t .
Doctor pass my tablets , the Tourette's has kicked in again.
Er... the phrase 'vinegar pissers'? A bit disrespectfull no? Or is it okay to say that to your customers after destroying their club. Double standards - r - us. Anyway, another own goal by the SMT. I bet Mel Baroni really regrets not staying on at the Valley. There's gonna be a big party when Roland and his ceo finally crawl out of the club.
Why don't you just shift it to the Liberal Club? If the players aren't allowed to attend we can appoint someone to play the part of the winner and post it on. Embarrassing for the club too that the fans POTY is prevented receiving his award. I am sure it would be a better-attended event that ever before. Maybe raise a bit of money for an appropriate cause en route...
What a thoroughly nasty piece of work our CEO is. Petty, vindictive and nasty in addition to her other attribute of being totally incompetent! You really couldn't make any of this up, we get called vinegar pissers by the current owner of OUR great club, and that's not disrespectful, oh no. It's gone way beyond the stage where there's any way back for either of them. Get out of OUR club!
@Fanny Fanackapan An extract of your explanation regarding e-mailgate has troubled me a little.
You said "Ian was made aware of my mis-sent email which had seriously upset Jack by comments & my reference to my decision to join the 4th March protest to Belgium."
Now, while the actual law is (as always) a bit open to question, any disclosure of information in the e-mail and indeed even that it exists must surely be inadvisable? (Data Protection, right to privacy and all that?)
By way of a reminder to the hierarchy at the club, perhaps we should all bombard them with "mis-sent" emails that say nothing but:
Email Confidentiality Notice
This email is confidential and may be privileged. If you have received this email in error, please remove it from your system and inform us that this message has gone astray before deleting it. Any unauthorised use, disclosure, or copying of the contents is not permitted.
BTW has anybody got an email received from the club? Do they have something like this as a footer:
Green Organisation is a limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered number: 5464771. Registered office: Green House, 21 Bloom Street, London, WC1 1AA.
If, not, by virtue of The Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015 (S24 and 25), that's a hefty fine right there.
April 23rd? Clearly as a wannabe member of the English FA board, Daisy will be out celebrating "her" saints day that night in her bulldog costume. Honestly Ian and Jean, you are so inconsiderate...
Fanny has not shown 'the football club' any disrespect. And as for Meire at al, they have to earn our respect before anyone can show them disrespect. In all my 58 years of supporting CAFC, and that covers some very dark times, I have never felt such animosity towards those that purport to 'run' our club. Their constant attempts to antagonise supporters, physically, mentally and verbally, will, in due course, have been totally pointless. The day will come when they are gone, and we will still be here. And they will reflect that they have fought a battle that they had no chance whatsoever of winning from the very outset.

Jean, I hope you and Ian will be arranging a celebration party in Crossbars, when they have finally exited.
They don't like the fans to have any form of control and feel the need to meddle with everything.
Spiteful, vindictive and looking for any excuse to play the victim............and that's just Meire!
