  • We don't look like scoring because we don't have any proper strikers. Obvious all season and should have been sorted in Jan with the Lookman money.

Add in a missing creative central midfielder as well. Forster-Caskey was poor.

Charlton were a collection of individuals not a team as Bury were. Bury pressed, were organised & all knew the game plan & what they needed to do. The team is going backwards.
  • I love a bit of parsnip buttering. Good work early doors tonight.

Robinson must know what he got himself into. If the problem is lack of support than he should say that. But if he does he will be out the door. Robinson needs to play a different formation.

From interview - Karl why didn't team play as a unit ? Overly optimistic reading of game about how they played. Better interview overall than normal. Think he Knows that the team is in trouble.

Nice story Sue with the mascot & Tony Watt

Enjoyable show, makes defeat & goings on more bearable.
  • No point in getting rid of Robinson. Whichever new manager came in would not be supported in the transfer market.
Sue - this is a tinpot league and if we had just spent a small amount of the Lookman money then we would be near the top 6.
Roland isn't interested in the football team doing well.
  • I think in terms managers, that chap Fraeye was a network manager. Trouble is that after Robinson comes Coach Congo Chris. We have not got what it's takes down to under resourcing of squad & legacy of previous poor player decisions. Not sure what manager would take the job in these circumstances.

Well balanced discussion. Sue's bit on players being children needing routine is priceless. Quoted too much money for players allegedly in Jan window. Who's doing the negotiating or is it the case of Duchatelet not paying the going rate ? Where is all the money going ? It's not clear as the debt still seems to be £50million.

    Who is Sue ?

Sue is Charlton Live contributor. (Not Sue Parker)Providing some balance on the show. Didn't agree with all that she has to say but it does help that different opinions are shared.

Great final point from Terry (does commentary on live games & interviews, Does show with Louis Mendez) about supporters needing to know that Charlton need to be building a team & not just producing young players for sale.

    Show well worth a listen.
  • Sue Gallop by the way, before she's confused with any other Sues
