    Player power.

Did ranieri change or did the players change,

Did they not make enough decent signings in the summer?

Did opposition teams take them as seriously this season as they would a Chelsea.

Every game too difficult when the oppo knows what to expect and wants a special piece of you.

In my opinion CR just needed a bit of time.

The players egos probably hit the roof last season.

Taken their eye off the ball.

Maybe that happened to the manager too?

They done very well in the champions league and not much of a bad result v Sevilla.

If pardew gets this job it should be a f*cking crime.

Gets sacked by palace then just walks into a role where the teams in the last 16 of the CL with a half decent chance of getting through.

The owners have ruined that 2nd leg.

Claudio Ranieri has shown class throughout his spell at Leicester and is immortal in the history of that club. He has also made his mark on the annals of English football as the manager of the miracle Championship win. We would all have loved to experienced that as a fan of that club. Imagine it if Curbishley had pulled that off.

Unfortunately it looks like the players have shifted the responsibility for their poor performances onto the manager, and the owner who is un-initiated in the ways of football, has swallowed it all. Players will get managers the sack rather than take the blame themselves, after all they are Champions, how can they be the problem? It looks like one or two have gone from average premier league players to prima donnas & Big time Charlie's. They'd better start winning matches, otherwise they will feel the heat from the Old School fans, who understand that last season was a one-off. Obviously the Johnny-come-latelys who turned up last season, will be saying it's a results business, but we all know they will be the first to disappear when they are eventually relegated. The atmosphere at their next home game will be interesting.

Chelsea identified Kante as the key Leicester player & nabbed him.

World class manager loses moral from team of players that punched above there weight... I hope the take pardew and go down

1 top tier title, 1 Italian cup and 1 Spanish Cup in 31 years as a manager. World class indeed.
Well you get my point no ? Or just being facetious for the sake of it ? Are there many in that team that have more experience than him ?
He just isn't world class though.
So back in the day when managers generally lasted mire than a year in the job, they were all "World class" were they, all highly decorated?
    Fuck you on about?

After a 31 year managerial career, including some big clubs, he has a very low trophy haul. We aren't just talking about the one phenomenal year we had.

The way you use the term "we" makes me assume you are a Leicester supporter.
I tell you this much, if he done that at Charlton I wouldn't give a fuck if he took us down a league.
Still in the champions league hunt.
    Fucking pathetic.

Modern football is shit. It's all about money. If you subscribe to Sky, you are complicit.

    I can't say I'm surprised, a manager can't live by last season's results.

A damn shame, but I can't blame Leicester tbh.

Leicester 2 up v Liverpool & playing like they did last season & haven't this season.

I think the players should be ashamed of themselves
  • Liverpool are in almost as bad a form as Leicester though.

    Who's manager?

Craig Shakespeare the No 2 I believe.
  • Watching the game and they look like a completely different team to the one that I've seen previously this season. They actually look like they're trying now.

Very confused at the sight of Leicester's owners being at the game and showing a bit of passion.

    Is that normal?
  • What a top bloke. Wonder if Karl will do a similar thing when he inevitably gets canned?

Have a feeling KR will not be donating the steam off of his piss when he eventually, inevitably and certainly falls foul of the Belgian mafia!
  • Liverpool are so bloody inconsistent!
There is something really soft looking about them - no big winners/personalities.
