Have seen him play for the Chelsea U21s a few times. Besides Tammy Abraham who's now banging them in at Bristol city he was probably the player who stood out the most. Very quick and knew how to beat a man.
I hope he has a spectacularly successful loan spell for the rest of the season. But he doesn't seem to be the "sort" of player we need to recruit to drag us up the table.
Shouldn't we be looking for hardened, experienced players that have proven themselves to be up for the battle over many seasons? The sort that Lennie used to sign: hungry and angry.
He will be used to perfect pitch conditions, spectacular facilities, brilliant team-mates in peak physical condition, the highest standards of preparation, fitness and medical oversight. He's never played in L1 before.
No doubt he is the replacement for both Fox and Lookman.
Wouldn't surprise me. Roland does like a squad slightly short of 2 players per position. Means the manager has no choice but to throw a couple of youngsters in, whether they're ready for it or not.
Pace is so important these days and at our level can change a game.
He is clearly inexperienced but that is why Chelsea want to loan him. A calculated risk like all loans so we'll have to wait to see how he gets on in mens football.
Does show the benefit of having a manager with British connections in the game.

“He’s a left footed player that can play as a winger, a wing-back and in the number 10 position."
No mention of Left Back there from KR. Sounds like Lookman's replacement to me.

I'm underwhelmed.

Encouraging from that video that it looks like he might be a wide man who can actually cross.

He' s not the Messiah just a very naughty boy ! Xx
Looks a decent player though, him and Chicksen on the left side would be a decent combination.
