Don't think that Watford should be facing punishment for this. The culpable parties are:
Pozzo (as an individual) - fraud
Football League - negligence
The Football League really needs to be taken to account - pitifully inadequate "Fit & Proper Persons Test" lets in unfit owner, owner demonstrates how unsuitable he is as the owner of football club, Football League punishes football club for being owned by the individual whose purchase of the club was sanctioned by the Football League. Repeat over and over and over again.14 -
Well they had to ban our previous owner in Bassini having found out he was basically a crock - 2/3 years after allowing him to take us over!
