It wouldn't happen. From the Govt. web site there's a list of reasons why a petition can be rejected. The really big hitter in this matter is if it's "about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for".

The whole point of a petition is to present it to someone who can take action on it. On this issue, there is only one person - Roland and we all know what he'd do with it - straight in the WPB.
The same goes for the Roland petition. Who is going to act upon it? Only the man himself. And he already knows what we think of him and that we want him gone.
