What about a petition calling on Meire to resign ?

  • Meire isn't the sole problem. Roland is, if he goes, she goes.
  • The thing is, Roland isn't interested. If he appoints a decent CEO and manager that could be an advantage.
  • Let us know if you are - we will join your march and support as much as we can - the FL in the Dead End (Preston) would be easier for us .....

  • How many people do we have to get to agree to get it debated in parliament?

    100,000 !

Challenging, but might be possible, if circulated to other clubs fans sites (probably not W Ham lol).
It wouldn't happen. From the Govt. web site there's a list of reasons why a petition can be rejected. The really big hitter in this matter is if it's "about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for".

It wouldn't be considered or debated in Parliament because it's outside their ambit.

The whole point of a petition is to present it to someone who can take action on it. On this issue, there is only one person - Roland and we all know what he'd do with it - straight in the WPB.

The same goes for the Roland petition. Who is going to act upon it? Only the man himself. And he already knows what we think of him and that we want him gone.
