We all know Russell is at best tactically naïve and at worst totally inept BUT should the Captain take more responsibility for what is happening during the game? Can he change a formation that's not working? Demand a tactical substitution?
We'll find out soon, Jacko will be the next manager because they won't find anyone else British to do it and they know if they bring in someone from the network the natives will become very restless. Jacko would buy them a lot of time.
