Help wanted finding the Simpsons Charlton tee shirt

I have seen a tee shirt with the Simpsons wearing Charlton kit. I've contacted sun frog makers of the shirt. But without the artists number located bottom right of the image. If anyone has the shirt or the number could you let me know. TIA
