Doesn't look like over 400 empty seats

Pretty misleading photo. Lots of empty seats to the right of the goal in the lower section.

  • Great turnout from Aston Villa too. 3,258 on a friday night live on sky.

  • Whilst Villa are obviously a big club, it's worth pointing out that their away followings will be big in the championship because a lot of them are new grounds to visit. They haven't been outside the top flight for almost 30 years.

It presumably also helps that they are in the centre of the country. I don't know how Plymouth fans do it.

Good numbers for Villa at Brighton (Friday night).....ooops just seen this has already been mentioned.
  • The lowest ten away followings would be more interesting.

    And more relevant to us!
  • Stevenage at Accrington!
  • Stevenage at Accrington!

That could be Charlton at home to Morecambe 2019/20 season.
  • That turnout for Oxford at MKD is really impressive. While MK is relatively close, it's not as if there are direct trains there

Direct trains Oxford to MK are not so far off. The new eastwest rail link should see an even bigger uplift in attendance between these giants of home counties football.

Milton Keynes to Oxford (continuing to Reading)
Milton Keynes – Bletchley – Winslow – Bicester Village – Oxford Parkway – Oxford – Reading
1 train per hour in each direction
Approximate journey time: Milton Keynes to Oxford 41 minutes
Only on a Charlton Forum, good work keep it up>

  • 411 Charlton at Bristol tonight, poor numbers but at least the ratio of away to home goes up!

84 mile trip for the 5th division leaders , I suppose Lincoln have loads of fans who live in York
  • Good work by The Organiser, but can you also produce the away followings in the bottom two divisions.

It will be interesting to see how many will travel outside of the 'big' draw of premier league football.
  • We will take that many to Rochdale for the rearranged fixture
