    Good. Past it.
  • great servant, but I feel we've seen the best of him, might have done a job in CCC though..

he has been a great servant, but personally the last 18months, although showing great character, i think his performance levels have waived a tad. we have a fair few defenders and i dont believe it would be a disaster if he did leave, sadly now we have to think about things like wage bills a little more. any clues as to what hasselbank was on?
  • a pity we can't get £500k for him, but otherwise agree with above - his work here is done.

    Thanks Herman.
  • probably on decent money too.. so a saving. We do need some agression and leadership though, so this must be brought in I feel.
  • so that's HH, JFH, Lisbie off the books wages wise. Kish and Hughes to follow ? Plus Holland signs new contract on reduced terms . Cost cutting in full swing.
  • No great loss, have seen a rapid decline in his performances over the last eighteen months, has been a good player, but now time to move on, could this signal a new left back arriving at the club,Konch by any chance
  • thatcher and gibbs are both left backs, and we also have nathan ashton. i dont think its a priority, but i strangely would have no real problems with konch returning.

PS he can leave, doesn't mean he wants to or is leaving

Agreed Salad, I can't see a Prem club coming in for him so he might opt to stay although, as others say, we are already well covered at the back.
