We are playing our part in sending our team down the leagues. Yes we want the regime gone, but 2 official games into the season and we are all slating the team and manager already.
Be happy we have some quality players and manager with experience in the English game and at this level.

And as Slade mentioned, lots behind the scenes were wrong when he arrived, he's having to fix that and get a strong team together, give the guy a break. We all say we need stability and stop changing managers every 5 months but the same people saying this already dislike Slade and thinks he should resign.

As you're so keen on this abuse topic though, consider these questions:
Compared to previous relegation seasons, where the team have also failed to that extent, do you believe there was any additional abuse directed at the players?
Do you think this supposed abuse was anything to do with the protests or more an artrfact of the mood that's taken over during the Duchâtelet era combined with some dire performances?
Any player abuse, if there was any, has sod all to do with the protests and thus the "support the team, not the regime" mantra.0 -
Last season fox got a decent amount of abuse and Makienok got booed onto the pitch and abuse on it, seem to recall some a use for Pope, didn't agree with any of this and still don't. Some general abuse after woeful disinterested performances I think is fair enough.
None of the abuse was part of the protests or organised, but just natural effects of what some fans saw in the players.
My recollection from last season was most players saying that the atmosphere during protests buoyed them or didn't affect them.
