Pardew praise for fans
Charlton fans were described by Liverpool security staff as the most well behaved supporters to visit Anfield this season, Alan Pardew has revealed.
The Addicks manager was told of the fans' fine behaviour after Sunday's game, and wanted to pass the news on to supporters along with his own thanks for the support the team has received under his tenure.
"I was told our fans were the most well behaved that visited Anfield this season, and apparently that was the case last season as well," he said.
"This comes as no surprise to me, and just shows you can provide great backing for the players and still represent the club brilliantly."
He added: "I would like to once again thank fans for their support over the last five months or so.
"I have received nothing but strong support since I joined the club and I'm very grateful.
"I hope everyone has a good break over the summer, and I'll see you next season."

Tell you what tho, see Stu of se7, how you didnt gety chucked out i dont no! You was always standing, and had just put a fag in your mouth all on the sly, then the steward came over to tell you to stay seated as people behind couldnt see! Should of seen your face, a real picture with a fag hanging out ya mouth! lol
Apart from the Simon Incident which is clearly out of order, i thought the stewards were ok.
