Pish! The moment they kick in on John Farnham's The Voice is one of the greatest in music!East_Stand_Loopy said:

Like listening to someone strangling a cat, and biting its tail at the same time...0

It's Piping Live in Glasgow this week. City's full of them from all over the world. Our flat happens to be very near the National Piping Centre. Enjoying it at the moment but might be wearing thin by Wednesday...0

I had the pleasure of some bagpipes (with drummer) on my train home from Liverpool St at the back end of last year. I would have to say that they are not really a musical instrument for a confined space!
Anyway, here's a snippet I recorded. warning to the sensitive - you'll have to ignore the bloke sitting opposite me picking his nose! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AzCFc9mYW0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AzCFc9mYW0

Typical London commuters, ignoring the musicians as if it was just one of those normal things you see on your train home!cafcfan said:I had the pleasure of some bagpipes (with drummer) on my train home from Liverpool St at the back end of last year. Yeah, I know, it looks like that. But we did get maybe 20 minutes or so and there was quite a bit of encouragement between tunes. Although the bloke opposite was funny. It was like it was just the sort of thing that happens to him every time he gets on a train!killerandflash said:
