Charlton's online ticket system is being upgraded

I spoke again to Steve Miller today, press option 6 if you ring. He is as helpful as he can be, with a system that has numerous issues.

He tells me that the online ticket purchase supplier, is working on improving the present system to make it more user friendly.

In the meantime, ring the number below, option 6 for any assistance.

I have suggested that the club put an update on the website.

Usual operating hours for the Ticket Office and 03330 14 44 44 hotline are:

Monday: 9am-5pm
Tuesday: 9am-5pm
Wednesday: 9am-5pm (phonelines only)
Thursday: 9am-1pm (phonelines only)
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday (non-matchday): Closed during off-season
Saturday (matchday): 10am onwards
Sunday: Closed


  • I hear they're introducing some hexagonal code into the system which should make for a much smoother user experience.
  • Does Daisy know about this? Making it more user friendly? She has never accepted there anything wrong anyway.
  • If there is a God then I bet he'll get proper ear-ache from all the praying from our IT Team when it goes live
  • It'll be even more impossible to use when that happens.
