Feeling very optomistic about the coming season, they said they made some bad decisions and needed to learn from that, up to now looking good.
New manager who was signed for 3yrs sounds just the guy needed to bring our Charlton back to life and where we belong, lets hope it stays that way and Roland doesn't get tempted to start pulling the strings if things start going well. Any one think Murry may have had a few words of advice with a few pointers along the way ?

Not clear, though, that our squad today (July 4th) is strong enough to bounce back automatically to the Championship.
Another thought: the UK economy may shortly dive to depths not plumbed since the 30's. (When we had a manufacturing base that we now lack). Obviously this will affect all clubs so might even itself out.
However - will RD put more money into a UK asset if that happens? His outlay on Charlton dwarfs anything else he has spent as far as any analysis can tell and we are now his 'biggest' club, but would he still put in money if the UK economy goes seriously awry?
We're not out of it and (still) in a dangerous place I'd say.
We could start ok........the economy might capsize........he would freeze spending.......we end in mid table at best. Or worse?
Turns out it was a thread ..... written by a genius that had some very original things to say.
Continue. Please.
