So far so good, sounds just what we've wanted for a long time and the fact that he says "Every thing comes through me " is a big change from whats gone before.
If thats how it works out....brilliant, about time, every one says " we need to learn from our mistakes" lets hope this is it and we get Charlton back to the set up we know worked. Its a shame its come to this before they realised they couldn't run a club how they were, mind you words are easy to say, lets wait and see if that transfers into action.
