    Lizards did the FFP climbdown

See, you're already talking about it.
  • I'll be about £800 better off refusing to travel to / stay in hotel after home matches.
Easy travel to Chesterfield, Sheffield, Scunnie, Rochdale, Bury and more. I'm really going savour the away games more. So sad Barnsley didn't stay for the party - not!!!
  • Enjoying my Saturdays when Charlton are playing at home by not being at The Valley!
  • The videos of the Flanders Meire's next conference appearances, where, on her current trajectory, she will be calling Charlton fans rapists, Daesh and the spawn of Satan.
  • Some one buying these nutters out. But I am not holding my breath.
  • Southend away. Hopefully a friday night on a piss and that we sign Kyel Reid to knock in a last minute winner. Ah League 1...
  • Saturday afternoons at home with the family...
  • Having plenty of room in the Covered end and quieter too. (No crap drumming). Easier at half time for refreshments too . Bliss
  • Looking forward to the resumption of demonstrations .
  • The end of it.

  • Some cracking away trips and ramping the pressure up on this deplorable regime. The malevolence displayed by Meire and Duchatelet (e.g. in his recent trolling about "foreign owners") suggest the pressure is getting to them.

A few wins wouldn't go amiss either, although it's difficult to be optimistic about our prospects at present. The 1979/80 relegation side was also an exceptionally poor one. Although we managed to bounce back immediately the following season, we had stability at the club, a good manager in Mike Bailey, a top goal scorer in the 'Killer' and an outstanding prospect in Pail Walsh, who we weren't looking to unload at the first opportunity.
  • The Johnstones Paint games - or whatever they are called next season.
  • Having plenty of room in the Covered end and quieter too. (No crap drumming). Easier at half time for refreshments too . Bliss

Plus being able to watch a game without being hit on the head with a beach ball, stress ball or balloon!
  • Fleetwood and AFC Wimbledon away
  • Getting to mid November when out current unknown manager has got the elbow and seeing what Riga can do in his 3rd spell.
  • Being at the last game of the season and getting Reza's(who will have had his contract at Villacourt Rovers cancelled by mutual consent and will be back home) shirt when he throws in the crowd.... However in reality I'll have to go on to the pitch to get it as he hasn't got the strength to throw it more that half a yard.

You could potentially get taken out by a David Mooney penalty though.
  • Roland finally selling up when he realises his dream of getting our club back to barely surviving in the second tier so he loses a lot less money is never going to happen.

At least it would have meant that he missed though!

But will you get an obstructed view?!
  • Not having to make the long journey every week to watch my basket case of a football club. Sorry to say I have given up. KM and RD are here to stay. Nobby Vinegar will be the next boss. It is just too depressing and I intend to give my money to my local club Salisbury City.
  • I live in the north west, so loads of short trips next season, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Fleetwood, etc etc. Shame Blackpool went down, and Wigan went up.
  • New away grounds visited.

Going back to The Valley when Twoshits and Pinnochio have disappeared over the horizon.

Can we all stay round yours after the games?
  • Nothing. Will be the first time I'll be going to games on my own - I really don't know why I'll be doing it. Quite sad really.

I'm looking forward to new owners so I can watch and support my beloved team every other week which I have been doing for the last 40 plus years! Yes 40 plus years Meire - don't you get it? I am dreading this season and am feeling heartbroken.
  • Spending time with my beautiful daughters with the free weekends I'll have and the occasional trips to grounds from the 92 I haven't visited before. If Charlton continue on their current trajectory, I should have it nailed in the next three seasons.

And this site starting to liven up again! All these non rumours are such a bore......

On first read I was shocked to see you were going to have a right old spend up at your local Sainsbury
