A lot of people are complaining about their actions from Saturday. Link below for contact details if you wish to raise your complaints directly with them.
Copy of email I have just sent to the club regarding the stewarding on Saturday, I will let you know which particular cut and paste reply I receive:
To Whom it May Concern,
I feel duty bound to contact the club this morning with reference to the completely over the top stewarding/policing at Saturday's match.
Can someone please explain to me why Charlton fans were physically and in some instances quite violently restrained when attempting to go on the pitch after Saturday's match while at the other end the gates were opened and Burnley fans were virtually waved on?
I am fully aware that it is an offence to enter the field of play but that equally applies to away fans as well as home fans yet the treatment of each could not have been more polar opposite.
To watch the ridiculous site of blue vested security guards chasing a teenage Charlton fan around the pitch dodging around adult Burnley fans committing exactly the same offence I can only conclude that this action was deliberately targeted at home fans, your own fans!!!
Until Saturday I was undecided on whether to renew my season ticket that I have held since the first game back at The Valley, my mind is now firmly made up. You can come out with all the useless platitudes about realising your mistakes and re-engaging with fans but we all know that is hot air and meaningless, you proved on Saturday that you view Charlton fans not as "customers" even but as legitimate targets for heavy handed treatment by blue vested bullies carrying out your instructions.
There is no coming back from this, if Ms Meire has any self respect at all she would resign as she is ultimately responsible for the shambles that this club has become, there is absolutely no part of her remit that can possibly be deemed as anything other then a complete failure and as she herself said "Roland doesn't do failure".
In her first programme notes of the season she stated there was no where to hide now, so please Katrien don't hide just resign.
Am I rite that John Little is a Director for them?
Wouldn't surprise me, while I appreciate that some hold him in high regard, in my dealing with him he came across as a jumped up bully boy lying little shit.

It does seem a tad dubious that he's been a Director of the company that's been supplying stewards, but apart from that I don't know anything about the chap. I was under the impression he was well received.
No point slagging off those who have left to be fair. We've got enough of a task on our hands as it?

I imagine that perceptions of JL would vary depending on the context in which you met him. Some fans were giving Mick Everett dogs abuse on Saturday, which is absolutely laughable if you know Mick.
JL was employed by Charlton as safety officer; Centre Circle is a firm that hires trained stewards out to various venues, including Charlton.

Another example of what the Duchatalet era has done to us. It has made anyone close to the club into an enemy in the eyes of some. Sad, sad times.
The bloke on the left was the one who took the first pitch invader out which some might argue was not a surprise but he then proceeded to go to the front of A & B block and manhandle more fans . He was up for a ruck all afternoon . They are just hired Thugs.
The point of the thread was to show contact details if anyone has any complaints. I had no idea that John Little is part of this company. Could be Syd Little for all I care, but what was seen going on in the directors box with ex directors as per one example was out of order.
If you wish to complain see the front of the thread.

I'm sure John will cry himself to sleep tonight having read that.

Always found John Little to be sound, even in difficult circumstances.
Very sad to hear that Mick Everett was getting stick from some as when I was being spoken to by some not very pleasant stewards, Mick came up and was his usual top man self, even in what was an obviously trying situation.
