I feel an incredible urge to type a long response to this question, but I won't. It will be a waste of effort and unfair on all the good people that come to this forum. Anyway, you've heard it all before.
I would just like 30 minutes with the CEO (please don't misinterpret that I am far too old) just to explain why I feel so angry. And, of course, I am not alone.
