A comfortable win delays the relegation "party" until Saturday
We're playing reasonably well, while Bolton are worse than Aston Villa! Lost the last 6, 9 defeats and 1 draw in the last 10, I hate to imagine what the real attendance tomorrow will be...
Why would anyone go and watch this except for some perverse form of self abuse?
I've been watching Charlton for 45 years and I've always seen it as "some perverse form of self abuse". I'm sure that I'm not alone in feeling that way.
Some strange people we have posting on here .. slagging off and ridiculing fellow 'fans' for attending away matches, suggesting that going to games far from home is akin to w***ing .. with 'fans' like these, who needs enemies ? (even in jest folks, all the piss taking is uncalled for)
Having travelled all over the country watching Charlton I applaud anyone that is currently doing just that. Unfortunately I am no longer in a position to do this. I do miss that feeling of togetherness that comes with going to away matches. I'm currently getting my fix of that doing whatever I can to support and help with the protests.
I'm going .. in fact I have crossed the dark and deep Pennines already and am in a hotel just off the Highway to Hell (a k a Liverpool) the M62
Make sure you make contact with Oh-Yoni-Boy tomorrow night. Shouldn't be hard as it looks like just the two of you at the moment.
Looking forward to trying to suss out which CL user is which. If someone taps me on the shoulder and then says nothing I know it'll be @PL54
Think we'll win this one, doesn't matter obviously but can see us winning 2/3-0. Just a chance to catch a glimpse of the mercurial Emile Heskey in the flesh.

wonder if Heskey will play .. two games in a week ? .. and he was punditing on the Leicester game on SkySports at the weekend .. the old boy needs his rest ((:>)
"Not won at Bolton since 2002".........My heart says an away win, my gut says a home win. If we can find the stomach perhaps we can get a draw, at the very least. What a depressing end to a depressing season.
