His burst into the area showed what has been lacking from our full-backs this season at home. Fox - 6 Defended pretty well and there were a few good link ups down the left. Harriott - 7 Tried to make things happen and had one very good right foot shot in the 1st half. Diarra - 7.5 Some tremendous headers in the midfield battle. Looked worn out by the end. Cousins - 6 Tried as ever and had a couple of very decent moments. Can't see a Premier club wanting him because there are so many more gifted players than him in The Championship. Very important to keep him next season. Lookman - 6 A few decent moments but maybe we could've subbed him earlier for Mak. Gudmundsson - 6.5 Without decent attacking full-backs, he is being asked to create almost everything. Vetokele - 6 Showed for the ball & battled well but was always going to struggle without Mak.
Motta n/a - Wish we could sign him. He won't bang many tackles in but he nicks the ball and has a bit of power. That long diagonal cross towards Mak was superb. Might be a good replacement for Gudmonsson at right-midfield next season? Makienok n/a - Excellent cameo.
