Can we consider the protests a success just because the owner leaves

I'm following up on the other thread.

It's not just a question about when R leaves, it's a question of who he sells to. I can see him selling to someone that's not good for us.

While he is a businessman he is also a former politician, and might not like to be proven wrong, so might want to look to see that whomever he leaves the club to won't do better.

I'm not saying anyone would buy us without wanting to achieve some kind of success, but we've already had one clueless owner that thought he knew how to revolutionise English football...

  • In a word, yes.

When he "left" SL, he was bought out by his previous accomplice/pal. I cannot see him being able to repeat the trick here; and Roland is nothing if not willing to continue the same mistakes over and over again.
  • Do we really need a separate thread on the same subject?
