  • Welling losing 0-1
  • they pick it up and come forward....fox holds them up.....cross comes in.....we clear.....motta attacks....but ball to reza is poor
  • FFS, even if we win, we could be no nearer safety, if it all stays like this.

Its all about keeping the pressure on the other teams though.

Everyone knows that we need two teams to start losing but if we give up then it'll allow the others to relax
  • Weds attack, we cover with Sul, they still build here, and pose danger with smooth play, and we don't clear very far, still weds and a cross headed away by tex and fox, but they come again at us, look to build, danger builds here
but fox is there, and still they attacak, a cross, an overhead attemp and we break
and motta is stopped as he links
    3 extra mins to come
  • they break quickly.....tex wins it.....fox concedes a throw
  • Rotherham Just shows what can happen when you bring in a proper manager who is experienced in this division! We of course have to concentrate on our own results but there's very little point knowing Rotherham are continually picking up points - Bristol City arnt much help either!
  • WEe are on the back foot, and half clear, fox out for their throw
quick work by wednesday, but through to pope
  • edited March 2016
    taken.....and a ball into box...but pope takes it....to motta....ba.....jbg......harry now.....wins a throw in wednesday half....motta.....harry is offside....3 mins were added
  • we build with motta and ba, harriott and JBg combine we get a throw
    motta to take it
on it goes but we get caught offside
    weds Fk deep

  • Played forward
from corner area by keeper, fanni challenges
and it is out for a throw
    and half time 0-0
  • All we can do is concentrate on our own games.

Charlton have done well to contain Wednesday but have failed to offer anything going forward.

Hopefully that was the plan from the first half... Ensure we start the second half still on level terms then come out with Vetokele on
  • HT stats addicks first-:
    possession............42% - 58%
    shots on................ 0 - 1
    shots off............... 2 - 7
    corners................. 0 - 2

    GOALS.................. 0 - 0
  • Wednesday started well. Charlton well organised in decent form. Denying Wednesday the openings they need. BBC report.

Reminds me of the Middlesbrough first half... Other than the Gudmundsson snapshot after the whistle incident we created nothing

  • How is Ba doing at center mid?
  • Sounds like Reza is doing very little up top... Worth a try yet get him off for Makienok to see if we can use him as a target up top... then get Jackson on for Ba and Vetokele for Harriott when the latter tires.

Not until Harriott has scored his 2 goals

I more interested in the palace v Leicester score. Not knowing the score is killing me.

Serious question, not a piss take, but do people; A) actually still watch match of the day and B ) if they do, not know what the scores are?

There's something a bit special about not finding out the scores and watching MOTD.

I record it and then can fast forward through all the sh1te like Pulis/Pardew interviews, and Martin Keown looking scary while talking about marking at corners.

Worst thing in the world is settling down at 11pm (half hour into normal MOTD time) to watch, and the sky+ starts the recording with the scores at the end of the 10 o'clock news. All set out on the screen.

You pretend to yourself that you didn't see them, but deep down its all been ruined.

  • Very organised in defence. Too slow at times in midfield - Motta and Ba in particular. Reza has been woeful and the sooner Lookman is on the better. Callum posing a serious threat. We could nick this if anyone else is up front. Even big Mak could do it.
