Sorondo had nothing to do with Dowie (although he had him at Palace so might have been consulted).
Cory gibbs had nothing to do with Dowie either which was a shocker for a bloke that had been out injured most of the previous season.
Fortune was a bad move.
Sam i think has promise and will hopefully show that next season.
Walton is promising and was only 500k i think so we'll get our money back on him anyway. Althoug hi think he'll do well next season if he calms it down.
I thought we had a policy of 2 years max with an option for 2 more.. anyway particularly as Dowies was Head Coach and not Manager, I can't see him being culpable if these statements are true.
[cite]Posted By: Henry Irving[/cite]The board chose Dowie, Dowie chose the players, Mills was the leg-man, Reed was on the same contract as when he first came.

Surely the board are culpable for that more than anyone. they must have agreed them
There was no change in his contract following the departure of Dowie,if that's what you mean (per Richard Murray at the fan's forum)

Indeed you all are. :-)
At least Henry stands there to be shot at - and what a tempting target sometimes, eh?!
