I read that as, fans don't know everything but there is stuff they do know and thy should be listened to.

I read it as a response to Duchatelet's interview where he said fans didn't know everything that was going on. Which suggests Minto has been following the story reasonably closely compared to some of the commentators.

Why would someone want to do that when they are not feeling appreciated, rightly or wrongly. It might be time to get out and get someone in who understands the club a bit better".
