Selling my flat in Grove Park very soon so wondered if anyone could recommend a local conveyancer?

    There used to be a newsagents in Grove Park owned by some fat bloke.

    There's a few threads on here re this and Kirk and Partners in Eltham come up quite a lot. I used them. Very efficient.

    Kirk and Partners, old fashioned, efficient, thorough and relatively inexpensive. You can do it yourself of course, but I always say use a professional.
