Not sure how true this is, however it wouldn't surprise me, after some of stories about banning people for taking photos, along with customers getting kick out.

Plain clothes old bill trying to entice someone to swear so they can nick them in a football ground?
I reckon Humber Old Bill dressed up as Charlton players last week at the KC to see if any of the away fans were giving homophobic abuse, so they could nick them. Certainly makes more sense. I mean Rhys Williams played like a 58 year old Detective Constable from Grimsby.6 -
