Sad to say but as weak as that team looks... it's probably just about the strongest one actually available if THD is still suspended. If we do go more than a goal behind then I can imagine Jose giving it up and accepting a trouncing in order to save legs for other games, as he did in his first spell.

Holmes-Dennis shouldnt be suspended... He would only have had a one match ban which he'd have served against Colchester
Hull defender Moses Odubajo held a season ticket at the Valley in the past. Greenwich boy.
Didn't know that. Shame we missed him, He's a decent talent. Has played all along the right side.
I think it's a decent team to start. I suspect 4-1-4-1. Getting Harriot, JBG, and JJ up around Igor will be crucial.
From what I recall (could be wrong), when Jose came in last time, he set the team up in a similar way and looked to sit deep and counter. I think he's picked a good team to potentially do that today. I think moving Lennon out of the center is much needed.
And I personally don't quite understand all the fuss around THD, he looks good going forward but suspect defensively for me. In a match like this, we'll be doing a lot more defending than attacking.
A point here would be an excellent result, Hull's 18 is incredibly strong. Any sort of performance is crucial.

When the Red Red Robin
Goes bob bob bobbin’
Along, along,
There’ll be no more sobbin’
As he keeps throbbin’
His old, sweet song,
Wake up! Wake up, you sleepy head.
Get up! Get up get out of bed.
Cheer up! Cheer up, the sun is red.
Live, love, laugh and be happy!
What if I feel blue?
I’ll go walking through
Fields of flowers.
Rain may glisten, but still I listen
For hours, and hours.
I’m like a kid again,
Doing what I did again,
Singing this song,
When the Red Red Robin
Goes bob bob bobbin’ along!
