    Nothing to do with Kuwaiti European Holdings.

    He'd stay at Ebbsfleet. He was trying to help, seems Charlton aren't for sale.

    Investment not from KEH. Varney was introducing another investor as he is still committed to Ebbsfleet and will not be moving from there. Says he was only trying to help and was operating as a middle man as he has done before when asked for investment opportunities for Charlton.

    All we can hope is that this is saying what RM wants to hear and that he wouldn't block any move knowing PV isn't involved. Then bang when the takeover is completed in he comes!

    To me it sounds like has come under pressure from Ebbslfeet fans and maybe their investment company as to why he was trying to get involved with Charlton again and he wanted to clear up that he was committed to them and not us.
