I was thinking this morning that if we were customers in the traditional sense, what rights would we have if the product was faulty/not fit for purpose/mis-sold etc etc.. Is there anything here that can be used for the protest? Am sure there's a slogan in there somewhere... (as an aside, I think that we could do a good parody of the 'intel inside' campaign, with a 'Duchatelet inside' slogan, 'killing all the clubs it touches' - as per the grim reaper doodle in another thread..anyway). Sorry if already covered elsewhere - I've kind of lost track of all the threads..
