Wolves v Reading

Wolves are next up, currently beating Reading 1-0. They are the same as us, 4-2-3-1.

The Good news is, they are wide open at the back. Slow and poorly organised. Weak in Central Defence and all four defenders are struggling in one-against-one situations when isolated. Reading should have scored 2 or 3. Unbeleivably poor finishing.

The central midfield is also slow, and drops off deep.

The bad news is, Afobe at CF is a handful, and both Henry and Graham are handy as the wide midfielders/attackers. Quick & direct.

Our front four should score against this lot. Can we defend properly to keep a clean sheet?

Comments

  • Dont know how Reading didnt score at the start, they were extremely wasteful... Henry was a right pest at the Valley last season and will be this time out again.

Hopefully Diarra and Bauer are back so the latter can go into Defence with Lennon whilst Diarra can give Cousins a rest

Carol will probably go with this as tactics, so I hope you're right!
