Shows the arrogance of Chelsea, they wanted 9 of their players, like a big trawler, collect as many as possible then throw 99% back in the sea.
These big clubs are Category 1, I presume because of their facilities but how many of their youth players make it to the first team?
Can't name too many Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal players but we have had half the team at times which have come through the academy.
Maybe your category should reflect how many players you bring through to the first team?
