While someone in the ICAEW might tell you that the other qualifications don't amount to a hill of beans, they would probably offer to count them for you.....
I hear there's a course on at The Valley, might be cheaper to buy a ticket to that and just bring up your issue as an example before the (small) portions of chips come around...?
