A suggestion - Maybe we just have to rise above these incompetent fools
The players need us more than ever now. Maybe something like this is the way forwards.

Interesting idea.MuttleyCAFC said:The silence from our CEO is deafening. Maybe that is a good thing - actions speak louder than words and she invariably puts her foot in it when she says anything. Maybe, seeing as we are in an almighty relegation battle with our super brilliant squad, or so our CEO would have us believe, we need to serve notice that as of next season, if there are no signs of improvement in the way this club is run, we will get together and mobilise against them. In the meantime, we will get behind the players 100% for the rest of this season, and look for evidence that the owner and his CEO have learned something. All bets will be off if we read any interview where our CEO claims to know anything about English football or we see quotes from her criticising the best fans in England. Actions will speak louder than words, but if they do not heed the warning, we will fight for something extreme which could include a season ticket strike next season. To avert this, they have to start running this club properly!

Give them more time you mean? Target 5000 now. Boycott and discourage others.2
-
Good idea- Promise them Target 5,000 until they are out - instead of target 20,000 next season unless they sort themselves out.2
-
By the end of the season it will probably be too late, in any case by then most people would have made their thoughts clear by not reinvesting in a season ticket.1
-
we could say that we will get behind the team and not protest, but don't bother trying to sell us season tickets before May.0
-
The idea is sound. Sadly, if they keep running the club as they are currently, we won't need to threaten as the fans will simply walk away, apart from the west stand drones. It's what makes Katrien so fundamentally wrong for our club that she still doesn't get it.0

But the players need us every season and that's how this board always get away with it. I'm sorry, but they'll be given no more time by me. The movement is getting stronger against them and the time to move is now.MuttleyCAFC said:The silence from our CEO is deafening. The current owner / Executive will rip the heart out of CAFC and walk away. They have no concept of running a football club in the Championship and it is difficult to see what their business plan is - unless it is to strip the assets for repayment of the debt.
There is no question RD is putting his hand in his pocket on a regular basis to keep us running, but in truth we need to take all the pain in one go and rid ourselves of this regime - however bad it gets for the club and supporters as a result, as this will happen when RD gets bored with us anyway.
We need to spend about half a million in loan player wages to even give ourselves a chance of survival this season - and for what ?
Just to do the same thing all over again next year ? - no thanks12 -

Take the pain now - clear out the cancer regardless of how low it takes us.
Else all we will have is the same, year after year, just surviving, long winless streaks, any asset worth selling sold.5 -
Airman Brown started a thread back in March 2014 Season-ticket strike to bring the owner to the table regarding season ticket renewals, maybe this will be now worth considering.MuttleyCAFC said:The silence from our CEO is deafening. I would feel much more comfortable watching a family orientated CAFC, (yes the C at the end stands for club as in an association of members and supporters), in league two than giving my money to a regime that I detest.

Most definitely only as a loan and when/if he sells that will be owed back to him... he's only essentially down the money he spent on us as a club ATM.Valiantphil said:The current owner / Executive will rip the heart out of CAFC and walk away. Cancer should be dealt with as fast as possible or it spreads and kills you!
This regime are the same IMO!0 -
He's effectively included this as a loan on which the club is charged interest by taking the debt owed to the British Virgin Islands company and transferring it to Staprix. There are different ways of looking at this debt and my point isn't to argue about that, simply that his outlay to acquire the club is still sitting in the books as debt. So if you take the view that he will look to recover all the debt in any sale, which is likely to be very hard to achieve, he would then have invested nothing.Atletico Addick said:

We'll continue to have the same thing year after year. If we get relegated they'll still operate the same model and bring in players like Naby Sarr are worse than League One quality. This needs to stop now, they've had nearly two years in and if anything we've gone completely backwards. Her silence I reckon, is only going to replaced by the propaganda brigade of this new fan forum to get to the T20k.2
